I’m a director and screenwriter whose work moves between fiction and documentary, always in search of stories that provoke, move, and spark meaningful conversations.

In recent years, I’ve directed award-winning series such as Burnout Society (Sociedade do Cansaço) and Breaking the Taboo, both aired on GNT and Globoplay. Both series were nominated for the Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro, with Breaking the Taboo winning Best Documentary Series and a Gold Medal at the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards.

I’ve also collaborated on major productions such as Netflix’s Senna and served as showrunner for Long Story Short, a UFC docuseries profiling the lives of four of the company’s standout fighters. Beyond documentary work, I’ve led global campaigns for brands like Heineken, Discovery, and Folha de S.Paulo.

My work flows between auteur cinema and high-impact commercial productions. I was second unit director on the feature film Abe, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and director of photography for Down Quixote, which debuted at the Rio Film Festival with a cast composed of actors with Down syndrome.

In addition, my short films have been selected for over 40 international festivals, earning awards for Best Direction and Best Student Film across various countries. I’ve also directed music videos for both iconic artists like Caetano Veloso and emerging or underground talents such as Paira, Marrakesh, Chico Bernardes, Crosstalk, and Bacará.

Regardless of format or platform, my focus is on crafting powerful narratives — visually, emotionally, and conceptually — that connect people and ideas in authentic ways.
